Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Focusweb handles personal data in our card game apps Fisk and the online service behind them. We are the data controller for this processing.
In short
- You can play against the computer without an account. Nothing leaves your phone.
- An account is only required to play online against other people.
- We do not sell your data and never use it for advertising or profiling.
- You can delete your account at any time from within the app.
What we process

| Gameplay | Rooms, cards played, actions, results, scores, rating and statistics. We keep a full event log per match so games can be resumed, replayed and debugged, and so cheating can be investigated. |
| Friends and reports | Friend requests and blocks. If you report a player we store your report, the account concerned and any comment you add. |
| Technical data | Error reports and server logs (including IP address and timestamp) for operating and troubleshooting the service. |
We do not collect location data, contacts, photos or advertising identifiers, and we do not track you across other apps or websites.
Why we process it
- To provide the game (performance of a contract): accounts, sign-in, online matches, friends, rating and statistics.
- To keep play fair and safe (legitimate interest): event logs against cheating, reports, and a filter for offensive names.
- To operate and improve the service (legitimate interest): error reports and operational logs.
- Notifications (consent): "your turn" and "match found" are only sent if you allow notifications. You can turn them off again in your device settings at any time.
Who we share with
We share data only with the processors needed to run the service:
- Our hosting provider (servers and database in the EU).
- Google (Firebase Cloud Messaging): only the push token and the notification itself, and only if you allow notifications.
- Sentry: error reports when something fails in the app or on the server.
- Apple and Facebook: only if you choose to sign in with them.
Other players can see your display name, avatar, your play during a match and your position on the leaderboard. They never see your email address or the cards in your hand.
How long we keep data
- Account and gameplay data: for as long as your account exists.
- After deletion: the account is anonymised immediately and permanently removed within 30 days. Finished matches may remain in anonymised form so that other players' history and the leaderboard still make sense.
- Error reports and logs: rotated continuously, typically within 90 days.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict or object to processing, and to data portability.
- Delete your account from your profile in the app. This removes everything as described above.
- Access or a copy of your data: email contact@korthus.app.
- If you signed in with Facebook you can also request deletion through Facebook's settings; we receive the request automatically.
If you are in the EU/EEA you may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. In Denmark that is Datatilsynet.
Children
The service is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If we become aware of such an account we delete it.
Security
All traffic between app and server is encrypted (HTTPS). Passwords are hashed, and tokens from Apple and Facebook are stored encrypted. Access to the admin panel requires two-factor authentication.
Changes
We update this policy as the service changes. Significant changes are announced in the app. The date at the top shows when the policy was last changed.
